Grant writing:

• Grant research – Price range of $2,500 - $4,000
• Grant proposal development – Price range of $500 for small grants - $50,000 for grants requiring baseline data development
• Needs assessment – Price range of $2,500 - $15,000
• Editing – Hourly fee of $80 with a 5-hour minimum payable in advance

Retainer:

HD Wells can also be contracted on a retainer basis. A monthly fee would be agreed with the client and can range from $2,500 to $3,500, depending on the services to be provided. A retainer agreement has a 4-month minimum with the monthly fee due on the first day of each month.
